Following concerns from North Rodney dairy farmers about the Council’s inspection and monitoring processes, the Landowners & Contractors Association Inc. in conjunction with Auckland Council will be holding a public meeting to discuss the issue.
It will be an opportunity for local dairy farmers and all landowners to find out why Auckland Council monitors farms, and what can be done by farmers and Council to improve the monitoring and inspection process.
The meeting will be held at the Wellsford Memorial RSA on Monday the 29 April 2024 starting at 10.30am and finishing by midday.
